I started with Instant Consult in 2020 at a time when the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent healthcare crisis highlighted the overwhelming demand for telehealth. This platform has allowed me to make a meaningful impact in communities across Australia, particularly in areas deeply affected by GP shortages. Instant Consult goes above and beyond in providing high-quality care, connecting patients from all corners of Australia with well-trained, dedicated doctors. Through video consultations, I can gain insights into the patient’s home environment, discuss lifestyle factors, provide personalised, evidence-based advice, and empower patients to take control of their health.
